Tragic Road Accident Claims Two Lives in Pabna

Priyodesh News , Pabna: In a devastating road accident this morning, two lives were lost, and two individuals sustained injuries in a collision involving a truck, a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw, and a shallow engine. The accident occurred on the Ishwardi-Baneshwar road in the Ishwardi upazila of Pabna district.

The two unfortunate souls who lost their lives have been identified as Ahsan Molla, a 65-year-old resident of Bagha upazila in Rajshahi district, and Abdul Malek, a 30-year-old son of Ala Mandal hailing from Ishwardi upazila.

According to Arbindo Sarkar, the officer-in-charge of the Ishwardi Police Station, the tragic incident unfolded near the vicinity of the Government Sara Marwari Model School and College. The collision transpired when a truck, a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw, and a shallow engine collided, resulting in the immediate loss of two passengers aboard the three-wheeler. Two others involved in the incident sustained injuries and were promptly transported to the Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital for medical attention.
